67's Returning Home After Loss to Owen Sound

The Ottawa 67's return to Lansdowne Park and TD Place this week looking for their first win of the 2014-15 season after losing 7-2 on Sunday in Owen Sound to the Attack.

The 67's, winless in four starts, got to within a goal of the Attack when Brendan Bell scored on a power play in the second period, but the Attack replied with its own power play goal a few minutes later, then scored three unanswered times in the final period to pull away.

Connor Graham also scored for the 67's who were outshot 35-34.

Liam Herbst started in goal for Ottawa and allowed all goals by the Attack. Leo Lazarev played the final 11 minutes and made five stops.

Ottawa fell behind early after a pair of goals by Attack captain Zach Nastasiuk; the first on a power play three minutes in, then another a minute later with the 67's on a power play.

After two seasons away from the Civic Centre, the 67's return to Lansdowne for the first home game of the season on Friday, October 10 against the Niagara IceDogs. Face-off at TD Place arena is 7:30 p.m.

Ottawa also hosts the Oshawa Generals on Sunday, October 12 at 2 p.m. sat TD Place before hitting the road for a Thanksgiving tilt against the Generals on Monday, October 13.
