
2005 Catfish Baseball Card Set Now Available

Columbus, GA - The Columbus Catfish official 2005 baseball card set is now available for purchase. The 12-card set, which includes the top prospects from the 2005 Columbus Catfish squad, is limited to only 1000 sets and sells for $6 at the Catfish Souvenir Store.
The card set is highlighted by 2004 first round selections LHP Scott Elbert and 3B Blake DeWitt and South Atlantic League all-stars 2B Travis Denker and RHP Blake Johnson. Also included in the set are OFs Jamie Hoffmann and Lucas May, RHPs Brandon Weeden and Chris Malone, LHP Wesley Wright, IF David Nicholson, 1B Dan Batz and C Chris Westervelt.

The Catfish conclude their four-game road series against the Charleston RiverDogs (New York Yankees) tonight at 7:05pm. The game can be heard live on WDAK 540 or by logging onto www.columbuscatfish.com. The Catfish return home tomorrow to take on the Rome Braves. The game begins at 6:00pm and gates open at 5:00pm.
