Sergio Castillo Honoured with Two Blue Bombers Community Service Awards

March 11, 2026 - WINNIPEG, MB. - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are pleased to announce Sergio Castillo as the recipient of the team's two annual community service awards - the Ed Kotowich 'Good Guy Award' and the Cal Murphy 'Heart of a Legend Award.' It marks the first time in the club's history that one player has been honoured with the two prestigious honours in the same year. March 3, 2026 - WINNIPEG, MB. - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers today announce the club has signed American defensive back Jordan Taylor. Taylor (5-10, 174, James Madison; born September 10, 2001, in Miami, FL.) joins the Bombers after signing in the NFL (2025), and a five-year collegiate career with James Madison (2024), and Tusculum (2020-2023).
