Funnville - Wednesday's game between the Richmond Flying Squirrels and the Bowie Baysox has been postponed due to inclement weather at The Diamond. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, June 23. Both games will be seven inning affairs, with the first contest beginning at 5:05 p.m. Gates for the doubleheader on June 23 will open at 4:30 p.m. Tickets for Wednesday's contest can be exchange at the Flying Squirrels Box Office for a future regular season game in 2018. The Squirrels and Bowie Baysox (Baltimore Orioles) conclude the three-game series on Thursday at 6:35 p.m., from The Diamond. RHP Jordan Johnson (5-4, 3.47) will make the start for Richmond against Baysox LHP Brian Gonzalez (0-2, 1906). The first 1, 500 fans (15+) will receive a free Funnville T-shirt presented by the Richmond Times-Dispatch. Fireworks will follow the contest. Gates for Thursday open at 5:30 p.m.
