AUSTIN, TX- The Austin Spurs (2-1) defeated the Reno Bighorns (0-3), 106-97, for their second win in three days at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park Thursday evening.

Patricio Garino started the Spurs off with 11 points in the first quarter, ending the game with a team-high 24 points (4-4 3FG, 6-8 FT), to go along with 8 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals and 3 blocks. On assignment from the New Orleans Pelicans, Cheick Diallo chipped in with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks, while Livio Jean-Charles posted a double-double with 10 points (4-7 FG, 2-2 FT) and 10 rebounds. Ryan Arcidiacono contributed 12 points (5-8 FG, 2-3 3FG), 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals in 38 minutes.

After a close first quarter, the Spurs took a 55-48 lead into halftime. Reno responded and tied the game at 86 apiece with 9:32 remaining in the fourth period. Austin closed the game out with a 20-11 run to claim the victory.

Austin shot .500 (11-22) from the three-point line, while limiting Reno to .389 (37-95) from the field. The Spurs outrebounded the Bighorns 58-43, and had six players in double-figure scoring, as well as five players who pulled down at least 8 rebounds (Jarell Eddie - 8 and Cory Jefferson - 8).

On assignment from the Sacramento Kings, Malachi Richardson paced the Bighorns with 27 points and 5 boards. Chane Behanan recorded 18 points and 7 rebounds off the bench.
