Fireworks, Abraham Lincoln, Fan Giveaways Highlight Otters Homestand

(EVANSVILLE, INDIANA) - The first place Evansville Otters are excited to announce plans for their upcoming homestand (June 19-23) that will feature fan giveways, Abraham Lincoln, fireworks and more!

On Wednesday, the Otters host the Joliet Slammers in a special doubleheader. It is SignedSportsStuff.com night at Bosse Field with both games scheduled for seven innings. The first 500 fans will receive an Otters team card baseball set courtesy of SignedSportsStuff.com . It is also Evan the Otter's Birthday with special visits from his furry mascot friends! Frontier League flag chairman Marvin Gray will be presented with a special flag between games of the doubleheader and fans can also enjoy hot dogs for just $1! First pitch is at 4:35 pm CDT.

The game on Thursday, June 20 will also be extra special as it is Rockport Lincoln Pioneer Village Night, Swat Pest Night, and Thirsty Thursday! Abraham Lincoln will be attendance for the game, and fans can enjoy drink specials of $2 drafts for 16 ounces! There is also a postgame fireworks extravaganza! The start time for the game is 6:35 pm CDT.

Friday, June 21 marks a new series as Evansville hosts the Frontier Greys. It is Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Night. The date also marks the Summer Solstice, also known as the longest day of the year.

The Otters and cMoe have teamed up for the Longest Day of Play! Fans can visit cMoe and the Otters game on the same day for just $9! First pitch is scheduled for 6:35 pm CDT.

The series continues on Saturday, June 22 with Heritage Federal Credit Union Night! The first 1000 fans will receive a hat giveaway and there will also be another spectacular fireworks extravaganza! Both are sponsored by Heritage Federal Credit Union. The game is scheduled to begin at 6:35 pm CDT.

Sunday, June 23 is the final game of the Otters homestand. It is Berry Plastics Employee Appreciation Night at Bosse Field with first pitch set for 5:05 pm CDT. The Otter Pup Gang will also meet at 4 pm CDT to make their own baseball cards.
