Seattle Thunderbirds News Release
Seattle Thunderbirds general manager Russ Farwell today announced the team has traded left wing Chance Lund to the Swift Current Broncos for a sixth round pick in the 2013 Bantam Draft.
"We have an excess number of 20-year-olds this year," said Farwell. "This trade provides a good opportunity for Chance to play. He has been a positive member of our team and we wish him the best of luck in Swift Current."
Last season Lund had a career high 32 points on 15 goals and 17 assists. In his four year career with Seattle, Lund has appeared in 258 games and has 57 career points on 27 goals and 30 assists.
