Thunder and Curve Rained out Tuesday

Trenton Thunder News Release
(Altoona, PA) - Tuesday night's scheduled series opener between the first-place Trenton Thunder and Altoona Curve has been postponed due to rain. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader Wednesday night beginning at 5:00 pm at Peoples Natural Gas Field. Each game will be a seven-inning contest.
Right-hander Mikey O'Brien (3-1, 3.34) will throw for the Thunder in game one against righty Phil Irwin (0-3, 4.19). Lefty Vidal Nuno (1-1, 0.41) will start for Trenton in the nightcap while righty Tim Alderson (3-2, 3.09) will pitch for Erie. Radio coverage for the entire twin bill can be heard live on 91.3 FM (WTSR) and also streaming online beginning at 4:45 pm.
