San Antonio - The Missions scored 10 unanswered runs, including seven in the fourth inning, for an 11-4 come from behind victory over the Corpus Christi Hooks Thursday night at Wolff Stadium.

San Antonio jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first on Cody Decker's RBI fielder's choice that scored Jaff Decker but the Hooks responded with three in the top of the fourth.

After Cody Decker led off the fourth with a single, Jonathan Galvez doubled down the left field line and they both came around to score on Jason Hagerty's single to right to make it 3-3. The Missions would send 10 more batters to the plate and the inning would end with San Antonio leading 8-3.

The Missions would score twice more the next inning, once again in the eighth and three San Antonio relievers allowed just one run over the final three innings to secure the win.

Hardy, recently called-up from Class-A Lake Elsinore, went six innings, allowed three runs on seven hits, walked one and struck out five. The Missions have now won 10 of their last 14 games to improve to 18-22 on the season.

San Antonio will begin a four-game road trip tomorrow night in Frisco against the RoughRiders. The Missions will return home for a six-game home stand from May 23-28 with three against the Springfield Cardinals (St. Louis Cardinals) before welcoming the Arkansas Travelers (L.A. Angels) for three.

You can catch all the Missions action on KKYX 680 AM, the home of Missions baseball with Roy Acuff and Mike Saeger.
