Reno Aces News Release

RENO, Nev. - For the first time, the Reno Aces Baseball Club will present the Reno Aces Foundation Dream Week, which will serve to highlight deserving members of the community with once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

The objective of the Reno Aces Foundation's newest initiative is to reward outstanding and exceptional individuals, families or groups throughout Northern Nevada that have made a positive impact on the community. Keeping within the Foundation's core mission, selected individuals will be granted unique wishes - made possible by Northern Nevada's Triple-A Baseball club.

Nominations will be taken for worthy candidates, and the Reno Aces Foundation will evaluate the pool and select the first class of Dream Week participants. Nominations are being accepted now and must be submitted by Friday, June 1. The nomination process will include an explanation of why the candidate should be considered in 1,000 words or fewer.

Nomination details can be found by visiting RenoAces.com/community, and all wishes will be granted June 25 - 29, 2012. Selected participants will be notified during the week of June 4.

The Aces continue an eight-game homestand tonight against intrastate rival Las Vegas. First pitch is set for 6:35 p.m. PT, and if the Aces win, all fans in attendance will receive $4 off a future game ticket as part of Aces WINSdays. Tickets are on-sale now at RenoAces.com, by calling (775) 334-7000 or by visiting the Aces Ballpark Ticket Office.
