
Playoff Series Vs. Tri-City Announced

Spokane Chiefs News Release
The Spokane Chiefs will host games three and four of the WHL Western Conference Semi Finals on Wednesday, Aprial 11th and Friday, April 13th versus the Tri-City Americans. The series will begin with games one and two on Friday, April 6th and Saturday, April 7th in Tri-City. All games in the series will begin at 7:05 p.m.
Game four will be Gus Johnson Ford Buck Night and Bang-a-Banner giveaway. Chiefs' fans will have the opportunity to purchase hot dogs, popcorn and Coca-Cola products all night long for just $1.
The first 5,000 fans through the gates will also receive a 11" x 18" Bang-A-Banner courtesy of Gus Johnson Ford.
Tickets for games three and four are available by calling the Chiefs ticket office at (509) 535-PUCK (7825) or TicketsWest at (800) 325-SEAT. The Chiefs also offer up to a $6 discount on tickets for fans who purchase 10 or more seats to any playoff game.
Package holders will use tickets 'D' and 'E' for games three and four, respectively.
It will mark the second straight year that the Chiefs and Americans have played in the second round of the playoffs.
Spokane advanced after a 3-1 win on Sunday night over the Vancouver Giants in game six of the first round. After dropping the first two games of the series the Chiefs won four straight. The Americans completed a four game sweep over the Everett Silvertips to move on to the second round.
