Moreau Joins Monarchs

Manchester, NH - The Manchester Monarchs, primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, announce that left wing Ethan Moreau will join the Monarchs today, Manchester's Director of Hockey Operations Hubie McDonough announced today.

Moreau appeared in 28 games this season tallying four points (1-34) and 20 penalty minutes. The 6-foot-3, 223-pound native of Huntsville, Ontario cleared waivers from the Kings on Saturday, December 10.

Moreau is a veteran of 928 career National Hockey League games with four different franchises: Chicago Blackhawks, Edmonton Oilers, Columbus Blue Jackets and the Kings. The 36-year old forward has amassed 287 points (147-140287) over his 16 seasons in the NHL.

Moreau will wear number 17 with the Monarchs and left wing Richard Clune has changed his number to 13.
