
Family Campout and Bark in the Ballpark on Deck for River Cats

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif., June 7, 2011 - Camp under the stars at Raley Field on Friday, June 10 for this exclusive postgame event or bring your dog to the game on Sunday, June 12 during the River Cats four-game series against the Tacoma Rainiers (Triple-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners), June 9-12.
Fans can also take advantage of several recurring promotions during the homestand including Miller Lite Thirsty Thursdays on June 9 featuring $2 beers, Toyota Family Value Fridays with $1 hot dogs and $1 desserts on June 10, Sutter Health Fireworks postgame show on Saturday, June 11 and U.S. Bank Sunday Funday with pregame autographs and the opportunity for kids to run the bases postgame on June 12.
Family Campout and U.S. Army Birthday Celebration - Friday, June 10, at 7:05 p.m. Come celebrate the birthday of the U.S. Army! The first 2,500 fans will receive an American Flag.
After the game campout under the stars on the outfield grass at Raley Field with the purchase of a special ticket package. For $39.50 per person each ticket package includes:
* one (1) Delta ticket to the June 10 game
* one (1) dinner voucher (Raley Field hot dog, chips, soda and dessert) good for the June 10 game
* one (1) overnight camping voucher
* one (1) pancake breakfast voucher
Activities for the night include arts and crafts, a movie on Cat Vision and a special appearance from Dinger! Fans should leave their camping gear in their vehicles during the game and then re-enter following the game to set up on the field (no tent spikes allowed).
Bark in the Ballpark presented by Atta Boy! - Sunday, June 12, at 1:05 p.m. On Sunday, the River Cats will hold their annual Bark in the Ballpark, presented by Atta Boy! Fans can enjoy the game with their dog for $19 ($7 per person and $12 per dog). Participate in the pregame parade and compete in the best dressed dog contest. Dog treats and water will also be provided for dogs in the special dog area.
