PETERBOROUGH, ON - Ricky's All Day Grill, in partnership with the Peterborough Petes, have announced veteran goaltender Jason Missiaen as the Ricky's All Day Grill Petes Player of the Week for the week ending September 20th, 2009. For his accomplishments, Jason receives a gift certificate from Ricky's All Day Grill.

Missiaen, a native of Chatham, ON, helped the Petes jump out to an undefeated start in the opening weekend of the 2009-10 Ontario Hockey League season while posting a 2-0 record himself, with a 1.50 G.A.A and a .958 save percentage through 120 minutes of action. His stellar performance earned him honourable mention as the Canadian Hockey League's goaltender of the week. The two wins capped off a whirlwind week for Jason as he had just returned from a strong outing at the Montreal Canadiens training camp. Continued efforts such as this will bode well for Jason's advancement through the Canadiens organization.

Don't miss out on your chance to catch Jason and his teammates continue their success when they take on the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, Thursday at 7:00 PM at the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
