The Kelly Cup Playoffs begin for the Stingrays on Thursday, April 9th against the Charlotte Checkers in Charlotte. The First Round Schedule is Below:

The Week That Was...
The South Carolina Stingrays finished out the regular season with games against Charlotte and Gwinnett.
In Charlotte, Carbery netted his fourth game-winning goal of the season and Jonathan Boutin stopped 32 shots on route to the Stingrays 3-2 victory.
In the Rays last regular season game, the team traveled to Gwinnett to face the Gladiators. Travis Morin, the ECHL's Plus Performer of the Year, winner of the ECHL Sportsmanship Award and member of the All-ECHL First Team scored his 25th and 26th goals of the season to help lead the Stingrays to a 4-1 win. James Reimer got the win, stopping 37 shots.

The Stingrays finished 2nd in both the American Conference and the South Division and 4th in the ECHL.
Travis Morin is 3rd in the ECHL with 88 points, is 1st in the league with both 62 assists, five short-handed assists and ten short-handed points, and is 3rd in power play assists (29).
Maxime Lacroix ended the regular season17th in points in the league with 64 (33g, 31a). Among rookies, he is 6th in points, 5th in goals (31) and 3rd in shots (233).
Michael Dubuc is 10th among rookies in points (58), 3rd in goals (35) and first in game-winning goals.
Jonathan Boutin is 5th in the league with his 2.61 goals-against average. James Reimer is 11th with a 2.85 GAA.
The Stingrays finished tied for first in the Power Play with 22% and is ranked 6th on the Penalty Kill at 84.3%.
