Round Rock Express News Release
ROUND ROCK - So the kiddos have been bugging you for months about that pet monkey. They've been nagging you about that cuddly lion or pestering you to give them that hippopotamus they've always wanted.
There's no better time than Tuesday and no better place than The Dell Diamond to finally give them what they've wanted.
The first 1,000 kids (12 & under) to Tuesday's Round Rock Express game against the New Orleans Zephyrs will receive a free Webkinz pet, complete with a secret online code that breathes virtual life into their plush pet.
With the secret code, kids enter Webkinz World where they care for their virtual pets, answer trivia, earn KinzCash and unlock access to an array of interactive games. Possible pets include lions, hippos, dogs, cats, donkeys, turtles and more.
Gates for Tuesday's game open at 5:30 p.m.
