Grand Rapids Griffins vs. Lake Erie Monsters

SATURDAY - 7 p.m. - Van Andel Arena

- Following their largest offensive output in exactly two years - Wednesday's 7-1 destruction of first-place Toronto - the Griffins will try to build upon their season-high four-game winning streak at Van Andel Arena when they host Lake Erie on Saturday.

- Grand Rapids has posted a 15-7-1-1 mark in its last 24 games at Van Andel Arena, pushing its home record above 0.500 for the first time this season.

- Michigan Office Solutions presents former Detroit Pistons Bad Boy Rick Mahorn, who will meet fans and sign autographs prior to the game.

- The first 1,000 kids in attendance will receive a basketball-style Griffins jersey, courtesy of Comerica Bank and My Way Storage.

- Fans are encouraged to bring dog toys to donate to Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary. Requested items include Kong Toys, tennis balls, soccer balls, Frisbees, hard rubber toys, plush toys, rope toys and Buster Cubes.

- Fans can bring their skates and take to the ice after the game for the O'Charley's Post-Game O'pen Skate.
