Rivermen to host Morgan Stanley Night

Peoria, IL (March 27, 2006) - Ticket Sales Manager Wendy Mitchell of the Peoria Rivermen, the proud primary affiliate of the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League, reiterated today that the Rivermen will host "Morgan Stanley Night" on Tuesday, March 28, when the Peoria club will face the Houston Aeros in an American Hockey League (AHL) game at 7:00 p.m. at Carver Arena at the Peoria Civic Center.

The highlight of the Rivermen Morgan Stanley Night will be a pre-game presentation on the "Smart Couples Finish Rich" seminar by Senior Vice-president Financial Advisors Scott Elger and Dale Ortmann of the Peoria branch office of Morgan Stanley. The presentation will be held in the Carver Arena Club Room Annex Room beginning at 5:30 p.m. until approximately 6:30 p.m. on the evening of March 28, and dry snack foods and soft drinks will be provided to participants. Everyone who attends the presentation will receive a complimentary copy of the Smart Couples Finish Rich workbook and will also be eligible to win one of several door prizes to be awarded during the evening, including a "fun date night" prize package that includes dinner and a hotel stay, an autographed Rivermen item, and a prize package from Morgan Stanley.

The presentation is free of charge for Rivermen season-ticket holders and requires only the purchase of a Rivermen-Aeros March 28 game ticket for all others. In order to attend the Morgan Stanley "Smart Couples Finish Rich" presentation by Elger and Ortmann, all fans must register with Rivermen Ticket Sales Manager Wendy Mitchell either by phone at (309) 676-1040, extension 107, or by e-mail at wmitchell@rivermen.net. The deadline to register is Tuesday, March 28, at 3:00 p.m.

2005-06 Peoria Rivermen Calder Cup Playoff ticket packages are now available for discounted pre-purchase. A Lower Bowl ticket package, which includes 16 potential home dates, costs $264 per seat ($16.50 per game), and an Upper Bowl ticket package costs $184 per seat ($11.50 per game).
