July 23, 2025 - Two time All-Ivy League defender Ginger Fontenot is set to bring her skills west to Spokane Zephyr FC, pending league and federation approval.
Fontenot, 22, hails from Camarillo, California. In three seasons at the University of Pennsylvania, she started in 44 matches and logged 3,801 minutes. In 2022 and 2023, she led a backline that held opponents to one or fewer goals in 26 matches and was rewarded with back-to-back All Ivy honors.

July 22, 2025 - Lena Silano, a critical goal-maker during her years at Long Beach State, is coming to Spokane to join Zephyr FC in the club's second season in the Gainbridge Super League, a USL property (pending league and federation approval).
Silano was a two-time First Team All-Big West Conference pick and was the Big West Offensive Player of the Year in 2022. July 21, 2025 - Madelyn Desiano, who won an NCAA championship with UCLA in 2022 and who has played internationally, is the latest player to sign with Spokane Zephyr FC (pending league and federation approval).
Desiano, a defender from San Clemente, California, competed with the United States' under-19 team in the CFA International Women's Youth Football Tournament, and in Switzerland with the U18 team.

Mahrt, 23, arrives in Spokane as a promising attacking talent. She began her collegiate career with two seasons at the University of San Diego before transferring to the University of Wisconsin, where she emerged as one of the Badgers' top performers.
