Zoltan Hetenyi Summoned to NHL by Nashville Predators

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL's Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that goaltender Zoltan Hetenyi (ZOLE-tan, Heh-TEN-yee) has been recalled to the Nashville Predators.

Hetenyi, a Budapest, Hungary native, will be making his first trip to the NHL since coming from overseas this past summer. With the Cyclones in 2012-13, he has amassed a 4-4-0-1 record with a 2.33 goals-against average. Hetenyi earned his second-career shutout on Wednesday night against Orlando, making 28 saves. Then, on Friday, he posted a career-high 40 saves in a shootout loss to Fort Wayne.

The Cyclones open back-to-back games at Memorial Coliseum tonight at 7:30pm! Fans can hear all the action of the game against Fort Wayne on the Cyclones Radio Network (CyclonesHockey.com / America One / Cyclones Mobile App) starting at 7:10pm!

The Cyclones will return to the ice at U.S. Bank on Tuesday, January 15 when they host the Elmira Jackals for the final time this season at 7:30pm.
