Regina Pats News Release

Regina, Sask. - Young Pats fans and minor hockey players can look forward to a new and exciting series of camps coming to Regina this summer. The Cadets Academy-Regina Pats Minor Hockey Development Camps-will help players to refine their skills in advance of the season in a challenging and fun environment.

The Cadets Academy training will feature current and former players, as well as members of the coaching staff as instructors. This year sessions are focused on U9 and U11 players, with the camps taking place from August 12th - 16th, 2024. Plans to expand the Academy to offer training for additional age groups are in the works for future years.

Participants will receive a camp jersey, tickets to a selected Pats home game, and a Pats Kids Club membership. That membership gets them access to exclusive Kids Club events, branded swag, discounts, and game day opportunities throughout the 2024-25 season. Plus, they'll get to enjoy a pizza party with Pats players and coaches, where they can connect with their local hockey heroes.

"This camp is an opportunity for our players and coaches to share their expertise and hockey skill with up-and-coming minor hockey players," says Gord Pritchard, CEO of Queen City Sports & Entertainment Group. "We are excited for our inaugural camp and have no doubt that the players who participate will start their seasons off on the right track to play at their highest potential."

Full camp details can be found under the "Community" tab on the Regina Pats website (www.reginapats.com). Registration opens on April 1 and spaces are limited.
