Peterborough Petes News Release

(Peterborough, ON) - With the Petes getting set to play game four against the North Bay Battalion on Thursday night at the PMC, fans of the team can send letters of support directly to the players and coaches. By using the handy form on the Petes Mobile App or website, fans are making their voice heard this playoff season.

Fans have the option of having their letter sent to a specific player or coach, or to the whole team. Letters will be posted near the Petes locker room before Thursday night's game.

In 2014, Petes fans wrote hundreds of letters to the team before game four of the Eastern Conference Quarter-Finals, which the Petes won to spark an historic comeback against the Kingston Frontenacs. With Peterborough ahead 2-1 in the series against North Bay this year, fans can help cheer on the team to two more wins.

Looking to cheer on the team in person this weekend, or see the players read their letters in person? Great seats are still available for game four on Thursday, March 31 by phoning (705) 743-3561, visiting the PMC Collins Barrow Box Office, or online.

To join the Petes in North Bay for game five on Friday, reserve your spot on the Petes fan bus by visiting the sign-up desk in the North Lobby during Thursday's game or by contacting Julia Tanner by Thursday afternoon at (705) 977-0127.
