Wranglers to Host Free Agent Camp

The Las Vegas Wranglers, affiliate of the NHL Phoenix Coyotes and the AHL San Antonio Rampage, announced today that they will host a free agent tryout camp on Monday, September 28 and Tuesday, September 29 in conjunction with the Bakersfield Condors.
The open tryout camp offers players the opportunity to put their hockey skills on display for members of the Wranglers and Condors coaching staff for a chance at receiving an invitation to either the 2009-10 Las Vegas Wranglers or Bakersfield Condors training camps which open on October 1, 2009. The Free Agent Camp will be held at the SOBE Ice Arena at the Fiesta Rancho Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Tryout spots are limited to 4 goaltenders with a total of 50 participants. All players must be at least 18-years old. Camp registration fee is $125 and includes two on-ice practice sessions. Check-in will begin Monday, September 28th at 11:00 AM, with the on-ice session running from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. Tuesday, September 29th check-in will begin at 11:00 AM, with the on-ice session running from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. All practice sessions are open to the public for viewing. Tryouts are on a first-come, first-served basis.

SOBE Ice Arena is located at 2400 N. Rancho Drive in North Las Vegas, NV.
The Wranglers open the 2009-10 season at home on Friday, October 16, 2009 at 7:05 PM against Utah. 2009-10 season seat packages are on sale now at (702) 471-PUCK. The Wranglers play all 36 regular season home games at the Orleans Arena, located adjacent to the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
