
Wranglers open training camp October 6th

Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Wranglers announced the team's training camp schedule.
The Las Vegas Wranglers will open training camp on Thursday, October 6th, when players will report for physicals. The Wranglers will hits the ice for the first time this season on Friday, October 7th at 9:00 am at the Las Vegas Ice Center. All practices at the Las Vegas Ice Center will be open to the public. However, practices at the Orleans Arena are not open to the public. Training camp will run through Wednesday, October 19th. The Wranglers will play two preseason games against the Long Beach Ice Dogs. The first game will take place on Friday, October 14th at 7:30 pm at Long Beach Arena. The second preseason game will take place on Sunday, October 16th at 5:05 pm at the Orleans Arena.
All media requests for player interviews will be handled by Josh Fisher at 471-7825 (ext. 233.). The Las Vegas Ice Center is located at 9295 W. Flamingo Road.
The Wranglers will open the 2005-06 home season at the Orleans Arena on Tuesday, October 25th at 7:05 pm against the Utah Grizzlies. Wranglers' ticket locations are the Orleans Arena Box Office, Coast Casinos' showroom box offices at The Orleans, Gold Coast, Suncoast and South Coast (opening in 2006) or at the Boulevard, Galleria or Meadows Malls guest relations/ticket centers. Las Vegas starts the 2005-06 season on the road in Utah on October 21st. The Wranglers play all 36 home games at the Orleans Arena, located at the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue. Seat packages to see the Wranglers play at the Orleans Arena for the upcoming 2005-06 season are now on sale, starting as low as $150.
