
Wranglers Acquire Sauer

Las Vegas, NV- The Las Vegas Wranglersé announced that goaltender Billy Sauer has been acquired via trade with the Gwinnett Gladiators.
Sauer, 23, has spent the majority his 2010-11 season with Gwinnett, appearing in 18 games and earning a 6-8-2 record. A native of Rochester, NY, Sauer has earned a 2.97 goals-against average and .907 save percentage while with the Gladiators. The 6-2, 180-pound netminder also spent time with the AHL's Worcester Sharks.
The Wranglers head to Utah this weekend to face the Grizzlies on Friday and Saturday. Fans are invited to attend the Scooter's Pub Viewing Party on Friday starting at 5:30 pm. Scooter's Pub will offer specials throughout the game and several Wranglers players will be in attendance.
The Las Vegas Wranglersé are the ECHL affiliate to the National Hockey League's Phoenix Coyotes and the American Hockey League's San Antonio Rampage.
2010-11 prorated season seat packages are on sale now at (702) 471-PUCK. The Wranglers play all 36 regular season home games at the Orleans Arena, located adjacent to the Orleans Hotel and Casino at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue.
