Worcester Sharks To Unveil Third Jersey On Saturday

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr announced today that the Sharks will debut a special third jersey when the Sharks host the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Saturday, October 25th at 7:05 p.m. at the DCU Center.

The special third jersey is mainly grey in color with "SHARKS" written diagonally across the front and has laces on the neck line to secure. There are stripes on the sleeves and along the bottom of the jersey consisting of teal, burnt orange, and black. The Sharks will debut these special third jerseys when they host the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Saturday, October 25th.

For the first half of the season, the Sharks will be wearing their grey jerseys at HOME for the following dates:

10/25/08 Bridgeport

11/11/08 Springfield

11/19/08 Norfolk

12/31/08 Houston

1/4/09 Hershey

For the first half of the season, the Sharks will be wearing their grey jerseys on ROAD for the following dates:

11/28/08 @ Providence

12/5/08 @ Manchester

12/21/08 @ Portland

1/23/08 @ Springfield

1/24/08 @ Lowell

The Worcester Sharks will announce additional dates for the second half of the season when it approaches.

The Sharks continue their opening four game home stand with a battle against the Providence Bruins on Friday, followed by a Saturday night tilt against Bridgeport. The first 3,000 fans will receive a Worcester Sharks team poster all weekend long!
