
Woodworth Named Captain

Sydney - The Cape Breton Screaming Eagles announced that Stephen Woodworth has been named team captain. The Middleton, Nova Scotia native replaces Simon Darveau who has been out of the Screaming Eagles lineup after suffering a shoulder injury 4 games into the season. The 19 year old defensemen is in his fourth season with the Screaming Eagles.
"Woody is a quality person without a doubt," said Screaming Eagles General Manager and Head Coach Ron Choules. "His pride in the Screaming Eagles organization is at the forefront both on and off the ice."
The Screaming Eagles next home game is Tuesday, December 4th when they host the Halifax Mooseheads.
