Choules Relieved of Duties

Sydney - The Cape Breton Screaming Eagles announced today that Ron Choules has been relieved of his duties as General Manager and Head Coach of the Screaming Eagles.

Choules joined the Screaming Eagles organization as Head Coach in May of 2011 and later took over General Manager duties when Pierre Roux was fired in October 2012.

"We would like to thank Ron for his effort and time that he spent with the organization," said Screaming Eagles President Andre Cote. "We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors."

The Screaming Eagles also announced that Marc-Andre Dumont has been hired to replace Choules as General Manager and Head Coach. Dumont was Head Coach of the Val d'Or Foreurs for 3 seasons before being relieved of his duties in October. He also served as their General Manager from February-August of this year.

The Screaming Eagles next home game is Tuesday night when the host the Halifax Mooseheads at 7pm.
