Chicago Wolves News Release

The Chicago Wolves will host their 14th annual "Toys for Tots" toy drive to benefit the United States Marine Corps at three home games during the month of December: Wed., Dec. 8; Sat., Dec. 18; and Tue., Dec. 21.

Every fan who donates a new, unopened toy will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a 2010-11 team-autographed Wolves jersey and other prizes.

"The Wolves are always proud to support the U.S. Marines and their Toys for Tots collection," said Senior Vice President of Operations Courtney Mahoney. "We like to do as much as we can during the holidays to give back to those less fortunate, and with the support of our fans, we have been able to make a great impact over the years."

In the past, the toy drive has been highlighted by donated items such as a skateboard, an Imperial Shuttle Lego set and a Hello Kitty Razor Scooter.

The Marine Corps, social welfare agencies and local community agencies will distribute the toys throughout the Chicagoland area.
