This week:
The Wolf Pack play a home-and-home series with the Springfield Falcons, beginning Friday night with a 7:00 PM start in Springfield and concluding with the Pack's last regular-season home game Saturday night. That is "Fan Appreciation Night" at the XL Center, with faceoff at 7:00. The Wolf Pack's last three-game weekend of the season finishes Sunday in Portland, as the Pack get their last crack at the Pirates in a 3:00 game.
Friday, April 8 at the Springfield Falcons (Arizona) at the MassMutual Center, 7:00 PM
- This is the Wolf Pack's last regular-season visit to Springfield, where they are 3-0-0-0 on the year, including a pair of shutouts, a 1-0 victory January 15 and a 3-0 win in the teams' last meeting March 20. The Pack have won the last four games between the two clubs after dropping the first two.
- The Falcons finished a stretch of seven straight road games with back-to-back wins, defeating Albany 5-4 on Saturday and Bridgeport 3-1 on Sunday. Springfield still trails the field in the Atlantic Division, though, 11 points behind seventh-place Lehigh Valley.
- Falcon forward Jordan Szwarz clicked for a total of five points in Springfield's wins Saturday and Sunday, notching a goal and an assist Saturday in Albany and two goals, including the game-winner, in Sunday's visit to Bridgeport.
- Broadcast - live with Bob Crawford on-line at www.979espn.com and on iHeartRadio. Video streaming at www.ahllive.com.
Saturday, April 9 vs. the Springfield Falcons (Arizona) at the XL Center, 7:00 PM
- This is the Wolf Pack's last home game of the 2015-16 regular season, and it's "Fan Appreciation Night". The Wolf Pack will salute all of the great fans who have supported the team throughout the season, with numerous exciting prizes throughout the night, including a big screen TV, a grill and hundreds of dollars to local restaurants.
- The Wolf Pack will auction off the red alternate jerseys during this game's second intermission.
- The Wolf Pack won their last home game vs. Springfield, 4-3 in a shootout March 19, but the Falcons prevailed in their first two visits.
- The Wolf Pack's 4-1 loss to Portland Saturday night snapped a streak of six straight home games without a regulation loss (5-0-1-0) for the Pack.
- The Falcons are 10-20-2-4 on the road for the season, and prior to winning their last two away games, had been 0-9-0-1 in their previous ten in enemy rinks.
- Tickets for this game are on sale now at the Agera Energy Ticket Office at the XL Center, on-line at www.hartfordwolfpack.com and by phone at (877) 522-8499. Sunday, April 8 at the Portland Pirates (Florida) at the Cross Insurance Arena, 3:00 PM
- After defeating the Wolf Pack 4-1 Saturday night in Hartford, the Pirates completed a perfect weekend with a 5-3 win at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Sunday. Portland has now won seven of its last eight games and is six points ahead of the Wolf Pack in the Atlantic Division playoff race.
- This is the last of ten games on the year between the Wolf Pack and Pirates, and the last of five Hartford visits to Portland. The Pack is 5-4-0-0 in the season series thus far, and the Wolf Pack have won their last two road games vs. the Pirates after losses in the first two.
- Pirate forward Wade Megan had two goals, including the game-winner, in Portland's 4-1 victory over the Wolf Pack Saturday at the XL Center.
