SOUTH BEND, IN---Rain forced a postponement of Sunday afternoon's scheduled Midwest League game between the Fort Wayne Wizards and the South Bend Silver Hawks at Stanley Coveleski Regional Stadium.

As a result of the rainout, the game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Friday, May 16th, when South Bend comes to Fort Wayne for what now will be a four-game series at Memorial Stadium.

The starting time for the doubleheader on Friday will be announced at a later date.

The Wizards will return home to begin a four-game series with the defending Midwest League champion West Michigan Whitecaps.

In Monday night's series opener, Fort Wayne will send right hand pitcher Jeremy McBryde (0-3, 6.00) to the mound.

McBryde's pitching opponent will be West Michigan right-hander Lauren Gagnier (1-3, 6.52). The game can be heard on both the radio (ESPN Radio 1380) and the Internet (www.fortwaynewizards.com), beginning with the Hupe Insurance Services Pre-Game Show at 5:40 p.m. (EDT).
