Winterhawks Call up Defenseman Nicholas Andrusiak

Portland, Ore. - The Portland Winterhawks Hockey Club today announced that it has recalled defenseman Nicholas Andrusiak from the Melville Millionaires as an affiliate player.

Andrusiak, 18, has scored two goals and one assist in 18 games thus far with the Millionaires of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL). The Tisdale, Sask. product was listed and signed by the Winterhawks on Sept. 22, 2021, and played his first Western Hockey League game on Oct. 24, 2022, before getting assigned to Melville.
