Austin 2 @ Aberdeen 3 - On the night where the Aberdeen Wings raised the 2019 Robertson Cup Championship banner, they defeated the Austin Bruins 3-2 in front of their home crowd. Zach Aughe, Cade Neilson and Jakob Breault all tallied goals in the win. Jake Sibell stopped 38 shots to pick up his second win of the year. Jed Pietila and Carson Riddle provided the offense for Austin. Jaxon Friedman made 21 saves and picked up an assist.
The two teams will meet again tonight at the Odde. The Wings will be handing out NAHL Robertson Cup National Championship Wings before Puck Drop so get there early! $10 tickets are on sale now at any of the 4 C-Express locations in Aberdeen, or upgrade to reserved seats tonight at the door!
