Owen Sound Attack News Release
The Owen Sound Attack named veteran Andrew Wilkins the Becker Shoes Attacker of the Week for the week ending Monday, December 15, 2008.
The Attack started their weekend off by making their annual trip to the Peterborough Memorial Centre. Wilkins chipped in with an assist during a 5-4 loss while moving back and forth between forward and defense.
Friday evening saw Wilkins and the Attack take on the Rangers in Kitchener. Wilkins notched a goal and an assist and was a very responsible +3 in a very close 5-4 Attack win.
Saturday, the Attack hosted Guelph and skated to another 5-4 victory with Wilkins picking up another assist.
The Attack is back in action this Wednesday at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre when they play host to the Plymouth Whalers, game time is 7:00pm.
