Wildcats Select L'Heureux with 3rd Overall Pick

The Moncton Wildcats held the 3rd overall pick in today's 2019 QMJHL Entry Draft and used it to select Zachary L'Heureux (2003-06-15) from the Ch?¢teauguay Grenadiers.
Zachary is a 5'11", 187 lb forward from Mercier, QC who put up impressive numbers in the Quebec Major Midget AAA League (41 GP - 21 G - 31 A - 52 PTS) and led Team Québec to a Gold Medal at the 2019 Canada Games with 10 goals, including the Gold Medal game OT winner, in 6 games.
