Wide Receiver CJ Tate Joins Barnstormers Roster

DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers have signed wide receiver CJ Tate to the 2024 roster, Head Coach Dave Mogensen announced today.
Tate (6-0, 190, Oklahoma State) joins the Iowa Barnstormers after spending the first few weeks of his rookie season as a Tucson Sugar Skull. Collegiately, Tate began his career at Tabor College where he earned honorable mention honors to the KCAC All-Conference team before joining Oklahoma State University as a walk-on where he spent three seasons.
Tate will put his goggles on this weekend as the Iowa Barnstormers travel to face the Green Bay Blizzard on Friday, April 26. Kickoff is at 6:05PM CST. Fans can tune into the game on YouTube or Caffeine.tv.
