Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings News Release

Harlingen, TX - The Harlingen WhiteWings get the weekend started at Harlingen Field Thursday night, while closing out the first half of the 2008 United League season.

The six game home stand starts off with a three game set against their Valley rivals, the Edinburg Coyotes. Following this series, league team records start over beginning on Sunday. The winner of the first half automatically qualifies for the United League playoffs along with the winner of the second half. If one club claims both halves, the team with the best overall record in the season will also participate in post-season play.
