Richmond, VA-The Richmond Flying Squirrels, Double-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, will be opening the gates early on Friday, April 30, at 5:30 PM to allow fans to welcome home the Flying Squirrels with a special team autograph session. The Flying Squirrels team will be signing autographs on the main concourse from 5:30 - 5:55 PM prior to that night's game against the Bowie Baysox.

As part of the autograph session, the first 3,000 fans through the gates at The Diamond will receive a Flying Squirrels 2010 Inaugural Season Team Photo presented by Coca-Cola.

"The players enjoyed their first week in Richmond and are certainly looking forward to the upcoming home stand," said Flying Squirrels VP & COO Todd "Parney" Parnell. "The autograph session will be a great opportunity for the fans to meet some of baseball's up and coming stars."

Pre-game entertainment will include juggler Jonathan Austin on the Ultimate Family Entertainment Zone Main Stage. Olympic Speed Skaters, Simon Cho and Kimberly Derrick, will also be at the gates to sign autographs and welcome fans.

Reggy the Purple Party Dude will also be making his first appearance at The Diamond on Friday night.
