ICE CHIPS: The KOOTENAY ICE enter this week's action with a 20-15-1-2 record (11-7-1-1 at home, 9-8-0-1 on the road, 4-1 in overtime, 2-2 in shootouts) and tied for fifth place in the EASTERN CONFERENCE and tied for ninth place overall in the WHLAfter starting the season 5-11-0-0 the ICE are 15-4-1-2 in their last 22 gamesKOOTENAY will play four of their next five games at homeThis week the ICE will host RED DEER (December 29) and REGINA (December 31).

INJURY: Forward DOMINIK PACOVSKY will be out of the ICE line up one to three weeks with a broken foot.
