Wave Triumphs over Rival Mustangs 9-7; Will Face Chicago in Opening Round of the Playoffs

Your Six-Time Champion Milwaukee Wave took to the field Sunday afternoon at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena to face the rival Chicago Mustangs and came up victorious 9-7.

"We beat a very good opponent tonight," said Head Coach Giuliano Oliviero. "We don't take Chicago lightly and will see them again in the playoffs. I can't say enough great things about our team and the attitude they displayed on the field today after suffering a loss last week to Missouri."

The MKE Wave hit the road and face the Dallas Sidekicks Thursday night at 7:35pm in Dallas at the Allen Events Center.
