Here are this week's Black Hawks Players of the Week, as selected by team coaches and staff and posted each Monday at waterlooblackhawks.com:

Mulligan's Offensive Player of the Week - Taylor Cammarata

Goals in the first and third period by Cammarata Friday respectively gave the Hawks their first lead and established the final margin over victory against the Chicago Steel.

Denver Construction Defensive Player of the Week - Mitch Witek

Denver Construction Defensive Player of the Week recognition went to Witek, one of four Hawks blue-liners with a positive plus-minus. In addition to being +1 Friday, Witek contributed two assists.

UAW Local 838 Hardest Worker - Trevor Owens

Owens' goal in the second period versus the Chicago Steel proved to be the game-winner. It was also the first scored by a Black Hawks defenseman this season.

Convenient Care Heart of the Week - Mark Naclerio

After missing more than a month due to injury, Naclerio returned to the lineup on Saturday. Notching an assist on the first Hawks' goal, he now has three points in four USHL games.
