SANTA CRUZ, CA - The Santa Cruz Warriors (17-13) defeated the Western conference-leading Memphis Hustle (23-9) Saturday night at Kaiser Permanente Arena, 117-105. After a first half that saw 13 lead changes, the Warriors held the lead for the duration of the second half en route to the home win. Jeremy Pargo led Santa Cruz with 26 points in 29 minutes off the bench, while two-way guard Ky Bowman tallied eight points, 12 rebounds and nine assists in addition to a game-high plus/minus of plus-28 on the court.

The Warriors created a 16-point lead in the third quarter with two three-pointers each from Ryan Taylor and Isaiah Reese. The Hustle rallied to within one point (88-87) in the third quarter but were unable to regain the lead. Taylor, on his 25th birthday, finished with 13 points. Juan Toscano-Anderson tallied his 11th double-double of the season with 16 points and 11 rebounds.

Hustle Center Jarrod Uthoff dominated on the glass for the Hustle with 19 rebounds and added 16 points. Marquis Teague led all scorers with 27 points to go with five assists.

Santa Cruz hit 13 threes (13-of-36 3FG) while holding Memphis to just 4-of-27 (.148) behind the arc. The Sea Dubs extended their home sellout streak to 90-straight games at Kaiser Permanente Arena.

The Warriors will conclude their six-game homestand against the Salt Lake City Stars (21-8) on Wednesday, February 5 at 7 p.m. at Kaiser Permanente Arena.
