
Warriors Sign Four Prospects out of Training Camp

Moose Jaw Warriors General Manager Jason Ripplinger has announced that 17-year-old Nathan Pilling, Tate Schofer, and Matthew Gallant, and 16-year-old Harper Lolacher have committed to the Warriors and the Western Hockey League with the signing of a Standard Player Agreement.
Pilling, LW, 6'2", 191lbs, is from Calgary, Alberta and was listed by the Warriors in September of 2019 after attending the organization's training camp.ÃÂ He played last season with the Calgary Flames in the Alberta Elite Hockey League (U18 AAA) and in the shortened season, he had two goals and six penalty minutes in five games.ÃÂ In 2019 - 2020, he played for the Calgary Bruins in the Alberta Elite Hockey League (U16 AAA) and had 24 goals, 25 assists, and 49 points in 37 games.
Gallant, RD, 5'10", 163lbs, is from Langley, BC and played a shortened season last year with the Delta Hockey Academy U18 Prep (CSSHL).ÃÂ In 2019 - 2020, he played in 35 games with the West Van Midget Prep U18 Prep (CSSHL) and had eight assists.ÃÂ He was listed by the Warriors in April 2021.
Schofer, RW, 5'9", 158lbs, is from Regina, Saskatchewan and was listed by the Warriors in November of 2020.ÃÂ Last season he played for the Regina Pat Canadians in the Saskatchewan U18 AAA Hockey League, in seven games he had three goals, three assists, and six points.ÃÂ In 2019 - 2020, he played with the Prairie Hockey Academy U16 Prep team (CSSHL) and had 14 goals, 14 assists, and 28 points in 34 games.
Lolacher, LC, 5'10", 150lbs, is from Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan and was selected by the Warriors in the 11th round of the 2020 WHL Draft.ÃÂ He spent last season with the Tisdale Trojans in the Saskatchewan U18 AAA Hockey League, he had one goal in three games.ÃÂ In 2019 - 2020, Lolacher had seven goals, nine assists, and 16 points in 27 games with Notre Dame U15 Prep (CSSHL).
The Moose Jaw Warriors open the 2021 WHL Preseason on Tuesday, September 14th when they host the Brandon Wheat Kings at Mosaic Place.ÃÂ Admission will be by donation for the Canadian Mental Health Association in memory of Ethan Williams.
The 2021 - 2022 WHL Regular Season opens on Friday, October 1st when the Warriors battle the Saskatoon Blades at Mosaic Place.ÃÂ Season Tickets are available online at www.mjwarriors.ca or at the Warriors Office located inside of Mosaic Place.
