
Visalia Rawhide Close the Series Victorious Before Heading to Stockton

VISALIA CA - The Rawhide and the 66ers opened the game with three scoreless innings. In the fourth inning Adonys Perez gave up a homerun and opened the score 1-0, allowing the 66ers to take the lead. It wasn't long until the bottom of the fourth where the "Hide" scored three runs making the ball game 3-1. In the fifth inning the 66ers added another run. It was a close game, 3-2 that didn't last long. The sixth and seventh inning made it a 5-2 game and sealing the game with a series closing victory. The Visalia pitchers combined for 13 strikeouts to shut down Inland Empire.
The Rawhide will have the week off before traveling to Stockton for a six game series. The Rawhide will return home to host Rancho Cucamonga on Tuesday May 7th at Valley Strong Ballpark at 11 a.m. All games can be heard at Visaliarawhide.com.
