HIDALGO, TEXAS - Ernest Scott scored all 17 of his points in the fourth quarter as the Western Conference Champion and second-seeded Rio Grande Valley Vipers pulled away and defeated the third-seeded Austin Toros 137-110 in game two of the NBA Development League Semifinals tonight at State Farm Arena in front of a crowd of 4,721 to tie the series at 1-1.

The decisive game three will take place on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at State Farm Arena. Any fans that received Warehouse Pool Supply bags tonight and show them at the State Farm Arena box office on Wednesday will receive free admission. Houston Rockets Hall of Fame mascot Clutch the Bear, who wore a Vipers uniform tonight, will again perform. Doors open at 6:30.

Leading 100-88 after the third quarter, Ernest Scott had his first 11 points during the Vipers' 17-4 run as the Vipers (3-2) went up 117-92 with 8:25 remaining.

Mike Harris scored 12 of the Vipers' first 20 points. Harris hit a three-pointer and a jumper to key an 8-0 run that gave the Vipers a 20-8 lead in the opening 5:42. After a timeout and a David McClure basket ended the run, the Vipers responded with an 11-3 run to take a 31-13 lead with 3:22 remaining in the first quarter. The Toros (3-2) closed the quarter on a 13-3 run to get within 34-26.

Harris finished with 41 points, 12 rebounds, three assists and one steal while hitting 15-of-19 shots and all four of his three pointers.

The Toros climbed with 38-35 in the first three minutes of the second quarter, but the Vipers responded with an 11-0 run to take a 49-35 lead.

Will Conroy added a double-double for the Vipers with 15 points and 15 assists while Antonio Anderson finished with 22 points, nine rebounds and eight assists.

The Toros were led by San Antonio Spurs-assignee Curtis Jerrells, who finished with 25 points and eight assists. Fellow Spurs-assignee Alonzo Gee scored 17 points with six rebounds while Lewis Clinch hit five-of-seven three point attempts to finish with 23 points.
