Rome Emperors News Release
The Rome Braves announce that RHP Matt Weaver has been released from the organization. Joining the club from Danville is RHP Matt Sims. He is Atlanta's 28th round selection in the 2014 draft out of the University of Texas at San Antonio. OF Victor Reyes has been placed on the disabled list retroactive to July 22nd with a right lower leg contusion. INF Jake Schrader has been activated from the disabled list.
The roster is at 25 players .
