(Eastlake, OH)--Leivi Ventura slugged a three-run homer in the top of the ninth inning Monday night, leading the visiting Hagerstown Suns to a 6-3 win over the Lake County Captains at Classic Park.

Ventura's homer, his 10th of the season and sixth against the Captains, broke a 3-3 tie. Captains righty Jason Schutt (0-1) allowed a pair of singles to Jonel Pacheco and Nick Evans before serving up a 400-foot drive to center field by Ventura.
