Utah Begins Six-Game Home Stand Tonight Versus Hartford

The Grizzlies (16-38-0-4) and the Hartford Wolf Pack (38-19-2-2) meet tonight for the third time this season and in the first of consecutive games at the 'E' Center. Hartford has won both previous match-ups this season defeating the Grizzlies on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day in Hartford. The Wolf Pack are two points behind Manchester for the top spot in the Atlantic Division and their 80 points are the fourth most in the AHL this season. Utah is starting a six-game home stand tonight that has them facing Hartford, Cincinnati and Houston each twice. Utah has earned points in two of their last three games and at home are 4-2-0-1 in their last seven games.

Tonight's Storylines:

- Utah is 4-2-0-1 in their last seven home games.

- Jamie Storr is 3-3 with a 1.73 GAA and a .950 save percentage since joining the Grizzlies

- Jarrod Skalde is one assist shy of 500 professional assists.

- Hartford is second in the AHL with an 88.7% success rate on the penalty kill.

- Former Grizzly Jeff MacMillan leads the Wolf Pack with a plus - 17.

- Erik Westrum has three points (2-1 -3) in his last three games.

- Forwards Martin Podlesak (shoulder), Sheldon Keefe (knee), Doug Doull (upper body) and Jeff Taffe (facial injuries) along with defenseman Rick Berry (lower body) are all out of the line-up for Utah.

Next Game: The Grizzlies will host Hartford again on Wednesday night. Face-off is scheduled for 7:05 PM (mst).
