Tuesday's Dash Game Rained Out

WOODBRIDGE, VA (APRIL 12, 2011) - Tuesday morning's game between the Dash and the Potomac Nationals has been postponed due to rain that is expected to linger throughout the day in the Washington, DC area. The game will be made up on Wednesday evening as part of a doubleheader beginning at 6 p.m.

Tuesday's rainout marks the third time in five days this season that wet weather has affected the Dash. On Friday night, Winston endured a rain delay in Kinston while Saturday night's game was limited to eight innings because of a fierce thunderstorm. The game is the fourth contest in the Carolina League this season that has been postponed and the second for Potomac.

Wednesday's games may be heard online at www.wsdash.com beginning at 5:45 p.m.
