Tucson Padres News Release
The Tucson Padres have won two of three games since the Pacific Coast League All-Star Break, beating the Fresno Grizzlies 9-5 Saturday night at Kino Stadium. The Padres lost a 5-2 lead in the sixth inning but scored twice each in the sixth and eighth while the Tucson bullpen held Fresno from the sixth inning on.

Cory Burns pitched the final two innings, picking up his second save of the season.
Vince Belnome continued his hot-hitting homestand Saturday, going 4-for-4 with two doubles and an RBI. Belnome is now 7-for-11 since the All-Star Break. Jedd Gyorko went 3-for-4 with three RBIs on a sacrifice fly and a two-run home run. Gyorko now has 54 RBIs in 52 Triple-A games.
